We hope you will be blessed by our Thanksgiving specials this year on WHCB! They start on Saturday, November 23, and conclude one week later on November 30. Our schedule of programs is below:
11/23 5pm The Scripture Speaks Thanksgiving-Dr. Kenneth Hill outlines the biblical principles of the Thanksgiving holiday from the book of Ephesians.
11/24 5pm The Scripture Speaks Thanksgiving features Dr. Hill’s message on Thanksgiving from the book of Philippians.
11/28 2-4 PM Focus on the Family Radio Theatre‘s presentation of The Legend of Squanto, an inspiring true story of this little-known early American that triumphed over injustice and changed what would become the United States.
11/29 2 PM Remembering Pilgrims-A documentary on the people who emigrated from England to Holland and eventually to the New World in search of freedom for their faith. Hear little known facts and first hand accounts of the events that led to the first Thanksgiving.
11/29 3 PM The Crossing: A Cabin Boy’s Journal tells the story of an orphaned 14-year-old, Patrick Blythe, who takes a job as the cabin boy on the Mayflower.
11/30 5 PM The Scripture Speaks Thanksgiving, featuring both messages on the holiday from Dr. Kenneth Hill from Ephesians and Philippians.
Foundations of Faith, Revive our Hearts, Refresh Her, and Homeschool Conversations during these times are scheduled to return to WHCB in January after our Christmas Specials. Stories of Great Christians, Children’s Bible Hour Storytime, and Sugar Creek Gang continue through November 27, and will return on Monday, December 2.
