    IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of moderate to possibly heavy rain is expected this afternoon and tonight. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches is expected north of I-40 and 1.5 to 2 inches south of I-40. Polk, Cherokee, and Clay counties are expected to see 2 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts possible. This additional rainfall will likely result in areas of flooding.
